John Toney III, RN, is the founder and owner of Stonewood Inc. With a nursing background spanning multiple areas of healthcare, he discovered his true calling in hospice care — walking alongside patients and families during life's most meaningful moments.
Hilda Wise
Director of Operations & Alternate Administrator
A lifelong resident of Southeast Texas, Hilda brings more than 25 years of healthcare, administrative, and operational experience to her role, including over 10 years dedicated specifically to hospice care.
Alayce Glende
Director of Human Resources
With over 20 years of administrative experience, Alayce is committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both employees and the families Stonewood serves.
Felicia Dobie, RN
Director of Nursing
Felicia brings nearly a decade of nursing experience — the majority in hospice care — along with a background as an Army medic. Her servant's heart and unwavering dedication inspire everyone around her.
Kristen LaBorde, LVN
Director of Stonewood Senior Living Facilities
Kristen LaBorde is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with 18 years of experience in home health, hospice, and geriatric care. As Director of Hospice Residential Services, she is a devoted advocate for older adults committed to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Keili Harris
Director of Marketing
With more than 10 years of experience in the medical field, Keili has had the privilege of caring for patients and supporting families during some of life's most challenging moments.

Registered Nurse
With 10 years of hospice nursing experience, Justin brings compassion, dedication, and integrity to the Stonewood team. His calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine character make him a trusted member of our nursing team.
Hayley Ruckett, BSN, RN
Case Manager
With more than 10 years of nursing experience dedicated to geriatric and hospice patients, Hayley is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Samuel Jannise, BSN, RN
Hospice Nurse – GIP Unit
Samuel is a hospice nurse serving patients and families in Stonewood's General Inpatient unit. He brings three years of nursing experience backed by more than 20 years of leadership, and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dona L. Rodgers, LBSW-IPR
Licensed Social Worker
With 35 years of social work experience and over 20 years in hospice care, Dona provides practical assistance with end-of-life planning while making meaningful emotional connections with patients and families.
Skipper Schexsnayder
Chaplain
Skipper has been with Stonewood since the very beginning and brings 47 years of ministry experience to his role. He is currently on staff at Six Mile Baptist Church in Hemphill, Texas.
Mary Lenz, LVN
GIP Intake Coordinator & Licensed Vocational Nurse
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Mary plays a vital role in ensuring seamless admissions, coordinating patient transitions, and supporting families during some of life's most challenging moments.
Katie Worthy, LVN
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Katie is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with 10 years of nursing experience, including 6 years in hospice care. A graduate of Lamar State College Orange, she considers hospice her true calling.
Katy Ross
Office Manager
Katy Ross has five years of experience in hospice care and is proud to be one of the few team members who helped launch Stonewood Hospice alongside her mother, who had more than 30 years of hospice experience.
Heather Quinn
Director of Digital Marketing
Heather leads Stonewood's digital presence, branding, community outreach, and marketing initiatives — connecting families, healthcare professionals, and community partners with Stonewood's compassionate services.
