Our unit provides the same level of intensive, around-the-clock care you would find in a general inpatient hospice facility—but in a setting that feels more personal, comforting, and familiar. Through our Continuous Home Care (CHC) services, we bring the full support of our hospice team directly to your loved one within our unit, managing symptoms, providing hands-on nursing care, and supporting the emotional needs of the patient and family.

Whether it’s day or night, admissions are open 24/7, ensuring no delay in care when it's needed most. Our team of skilled nurses, aides, chaplains, and social workers work together to provide a seamless experience, allowing families to focus on what matters most: being present with their loved one.
