About Our Practice

Locally Owned. RN-Led. Community Focused.

Stonewood Hospice is proudly owned and operated by a Registered Nurse who understands the importance of compassionate, hands-on care. Because we are locally rooted in Southeast Texas, our decisions are guided by the needs of the families, patients, and care partners we serve — not by a distant corporate office.

Our team is committed to providing comfort, dignity, and personal attention during some of life's most meaningful moments. From hospice care to senior living and inpatient support, Stonewood was created to be a trusted resource for families throughout our community.

Locally Operated

We live and work in the communities we serve, allowing us to respond with personal attention and heart.
